Customized Programs

Examples of programs designed for 3-hour sessions, tailored to your abilities.

Zen

Hike through the Estérel Massif at sunrise, then head to the beach for a paddleboarding session to explore the coastline. Finish with a soothing yoga session.

 

Fitness

Boost your energy with Nordic walking, followed by a full-body circuit training session in nature, and end with stretching or yoga to relax.

Sportif

In the evening, explore the hidden treasures of the coastline by kayak, then challenge yourself with a “run & bike” session towards the Estérel peaks as the sun sets.

Hiking

I offer routes tailored to your fitness level in the heart of the Estérel Massif. Hiking is the perfect way to escape, recharge, and discover breathtaking landscapes.

I’ll share my knowledge of the area’s trails and nature to ensure you fully enjoy this experience.

Nordic Walking

Nordic walking is a dynamic form of walking in nature, using two poles to propel yourself forward while engaging all your muscles.

It allows you to walk longer, improve endurance, and is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level.

Paddleboarding and Kayaking

Enjoy a rejuvenating outing at sea with paddleboarding or kayaking. Paddleboarding improves your balance and tones your muscles, while kayaking strengthens your muscles and enhances endurance.

Both activities offer a strong connection with nature, ideal for stress relief and well-being.

Running and Trail Running

I accompany you in running and trail sessions to help you improve performance, work on endurance, and strengthen your mindset. Trail running is more intense than road running and provides an adrenaline-filled experience.

I design programs suited to your level and goals while teaching you proper techniques.

Mountain Biking (Muscular and Electric)

Mountain biking is ideal for thrill-seekers looking to explore trails and forest paths while enjoying the stunning Estérel landscapes. It’s an opportunity to develop strength, agility, and endurance while feeling free and connected to nature.

Whether you prefer muscular or electric bikes, I guide you safely through each session.

Wellness Activities

Yoga and Meditation

Take time to reconnect with yourself during a yoga or meditation session. These practices will help you relax and reduce stress.

I teach Hatha Yoga, adapting each session to your level and rhythm. Together, we’ll focus on proper postures to strengthen deep muscles, improve flexibility, and create a moment of serenity and well-being.

Meditation sessions focus on releasing physical and mental tension through breathing techniques and mindfulness. It’s the perfect opportunity to clear your mind without physical effort.

Physical Activities

Muscle Strengthening

Practice tailored muscle strengthening exercises to tone your body, build strength, and improve your fitness level.

This training focuses on movements using your body weight to increase strength and tone your silhouette.

Cardio Training

Boost your endurance and cardiovascular capacity with cardio training sessions.

I adapt the intensity and duration to your goals, whether it’s weight loss, endurance building, or overall fitness improvement.

Rates

All activities are available starting at €70 per hour per person (depending on the activity) with a maximum of 3-4 participants per session.

You can customize your experience based on your preferences and personal goals.
